I received my bachelor of arts in 2014, in Women’s and Gender Studies, at Sonoma State University. I later returned to Sonoma State in 2017, and in 2019 I earned my Masters Degree in Counseling. In 2021, I became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Most recently in 2022 I became a level 1 PACT Therapist.
As a therapist I work with all my clients through a Client-Focused perspective. From there I pull from different theories and my own lived experiences. Some of the other schools of thought I work from are: attachment-based, healing shame, parts work, and a strengths-based approach. Additionally, I lean on my intuitive and curious nature to support me in remaining open to seeking out all possible avenues for treatment.
Clients who select me as their therapist typically want to see a change in their life. They either want to see their life go in a different direction or something isn’t working for them anymore that once did before. I admit that I don’t have a magic wand, as much as I wish I did at times, to make any pain or struggles go away, but I believe that the client holds the power and abilities to make change. Together we will work to find where that power is hidden away and support its growth.
If you agree to put your trust in me and take chances, I believe we will be a great fit together. If what I’ve said sparks curiosity for you to discover more about yourself and to begin change, then please reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you.

“I love seeing people living the life they want to have and feel honored to be apart of the journey with them. It feels so good to see a client from day one to our last session and visually see the change in their demeanor, presentation, or lifestyle.”
